I unsuccessful my 1st year of University in Bath, UK as well as am now retaking it though my friends contend which we won’t get any tyro loan in my third (final) year. we have investigated answers myself as well as I’ve listened which they will usually give me tyro loan as prolonged as it is usually 1 year combined onto the 3 year course, which is what I’m doing.

Yes, you’ll be fine. I’ve been in a similar position myself and the wording that the Student Loans Company have used with me time and time again is that they will provide funding "for the length of your course, plus one year". That allows for resitting a year, retaking a failed year, or should you mess up one year due to extenuating circumstances (illness, accident etc.)
You’ve nothing to worry about. Unless you screw up again. This is your last chance.

my experience when i repeated twice was i got my loan every time. but not my fee for the year i repeated. so you do have to be careful as now adays they are even more strict. but they will pay your third year and there is no reason for not asking them directly too. good luck
